Welcome. Edgartown News was born from the simple fact that I have ink and Dektol in my veins and I need to write and photograph more than I need air or food, and from my love for this little town where I grew up and raised my family, the town I have left a few times but can't quite shake for good. Here you will find the wanderings and musings, photographs and commentary; the people, places, and happenings - past and present - of a small island town: my home town.

Snow Days 2015
Waking up to a drizzly, gray, and somewhat gloomy Friday morning - streets that were white and cushioned and quiet only two days ago are today wet and dirty, the traffic passing beneath my window once again humming and splashing along; back to normal, ho hum. I'm glad to have these moments to savor from our three delicious snow days.

absolutely stunning photography, thanks for sharing. We've never seen the Vineyard in winter, love these....
ReplyDeleteThank you, Karen Ann. The Vineyard is a different kind of beautiful in the winter, and I'll admit, I only recently have come to enjoy and appreciate it. Thank you for your kind words.
